Michael is a Brooklyn based producer and director. Michael co founded and serves as the producing Artistic Director for The Scranton Shakespeare Festival, a nonprofit theatre company that is embarking on its ninth season of summer entertainment.

Michael has served as an Associate Director to Broadway legend Jack O' Brien in the star studded productions of The Front Page and It's Only a Play; Scott Ellis' Lincoln Center production of Peter Parnell's new play Dada Woof Papa Hot. 

Michael has also worked alongside Douglas Carter Beane on his Broadway production of The Nance and his new musical, Hood.
 
Michael served as the assistant director for the national tour of The Sound of Music.

Michael's regional and NYC work range from new works to classical plays to operettas, musicals, and award shows.
